Class Description: Upon completing this training therapists will be able to identify the concept of the tensegrity structure in the body and how this information is critical to athletic functioning and performance. With this knowledge you will be able to combine three vital therapeutic dynamic forces to unload and untwist the cause of dysfunctional patterns of distortion and pain associated with any athletic performance.

Instructor Bio: Tracy Frazier

Tracy Frazier started in her career of holistic medicine in 1998 in Chagrin, Ohio. In 2001 she relocated to Temecula, California and started her own practice of therapeutic massage. In April 2004 she received her Post-Secondary Education License and began teaching at Concorde Career College where she learned the value of teaching adult continued education in allied health. Through empowering and impacting many on the power of therapeutic touch at various colleges, she still continues to teach the fundamentals of therapeutic massage and holistic healing in Riverside, California. In 2005-2007 Tracy worked as a Test Proctor with the county of San Bernardino to restructure the City’s Massage Licensure Exam. In 2012 she received the highest voluntary credential attainable in the massage and bodywork profession through (NCBTMB) National Certification Boards of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. And In 2016 she transitioned her National Certification to become Board Certified to further distinguish herself beyond entry-level licensure. In 2014 Tracy Became Certified in MAT (Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques) trough attending Erik Dalton’s course through the Freedom from Pain Institute. In 2015 Tracy focused on her passion to work with professional athletes, since then she is currently working with the WNBA L.A Sparks, L.A D-League, Ball-Up, Nike-College League, B2G Events, VBL League, Drew- League, and Courtney’s Corner Sports Medicine Internship.

Class Size: Only 8 students will be allowed to for each class. We keep the class size small in order for you to get more personal attention and instruction.

What to bring: You will need your own portable massage table, lotion, notepad and something to write with. NO VIDEO TAPING WILL BE PERMITTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Class Breakdown: The class consists of two hours of hands on training. 90 minutes of lecture with a short break in between.
