WE ARE OPEN
WE have reopened our doors and are accepting clients under extraordinary new precautions, protocols and sanitation practices that are in the best interests of everyone’s health. Under the Governor’s current “stay at home”, “safer at home” orders and our states governing authority for Massage Therapy (CAMTC), as well as the guidelines of the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards, we will resume treatments based upon our direct work with clients and patients of Chiropractors, Physicians, Surgeons, Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists to provide deferred and preventive health care services. If you are experiencing pain, NOT related to a virus, cold or any pre-existing health issue diagnosed by your physician, we may be able to help. Check with your Physician first or call and we may refer you to one of our Chiropractors, Athletic Trainers or Physical Therapists prior to your visit.
We have always practiced UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS regarding treatments and cleaning our facility and equipment, as well as washing our hands after each treatment. We have now taken unprecedented action to mitigate the spread of any illness to you, our staff and the public at large. We have always had hand sanitizer and wipes available to our staff and clients in the common areas of our clinic, but now we offer our restroom to wash your hands before you go into session. We also ask that you bathe (not at our facility) before your treatment.
All visitors must wear a mask to our facility and while in our waiting and common areas. Once you are in the treatment room, the therapist may ask that you keep your mask on. All our staff are required to wear masks on the premises until further notice. We are also staggering our staff and appointments to minimize client contact and interaction. WE MAY also change your appointment time to facilitate the above mentioned. All unnecessary items that cannot be cleaned or disinfected due to shortages with certain household brands, have been removed from the treatment experience, i.e., table warmers and blankets. Simply request a blanket if in need. All table coverings are washed and changed after each use and the table is disinfected after each client.
If you are ill or do NOT feel well or have been exposed to anyone ill, DO NOT VISIT our facility until you are well. If you suspect you are ill or have any of the symptoms related to COViD-19 contact your primary care physician.
Upon your arrival to our facility, we will take your temperature and ask some basic questions regarding symptoms and any potential exposer to any virus.
Our staff will be taking temperatures daily to assess if we and you are well and are NOT fighting an infection or virus. Anyone with a temperature at or exceeding 100.4 is considered HIGH and will NOT work nor be given service on that day. We will and always have allowed any staff member or client, NOT feeling well, to stay home or reschedule without any fee or punitive action (including cancellation fee’s). We cannot diagnose what may be causing the elevated temperature, but we ask that you understand why we must adhere to these guidelines.
Lastly, please be aware that due to our limited staff, we may NOT be able to answer the phone during some parts of the day. We recommend you book your session thru our webpage or by downloading our mobile app. Keep in mind we may change your appointment time (up or down by 15 minutes) to minimize client contact.
